Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy. This means that after receiving your item, you have 14 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us via verkoop@slushsiroop.nl. Please note: returns must be sent to the following address: Vitus Beringstraat 22, 7825 AJ, The Netherlands.

The item to be returned must be sent to: Designkaarsen.com, Vitus Beringstraat 22, 7815 AJ, The Netherlands, and be accompanied by a return form. You can request this return form from us. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted. For questions about returns, you can always contact us at verkoop@slushsiroop.nl

 

Damage and problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We can then evaluate the problem and resolve it for you.

Exceptions/items that cannot be returned
Items that we have made, customized, or personalized especially for you cannot be returned. Unfortunately, sale items or gift cards also cannot be returned.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the desired item is to return the item you have and purchase the new item separately once the return has been accepted.

14-day statutory cooling-off period in the EU
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving reasons. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with labels and in the original packaging. You also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refund
When we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified and we will also let you know if the return has been approved. Upon approval, you will be automatically refunded within ten working days via the original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund.
